I'm planning a stay with I think, 5 of my friends, and I was wondering if you think its a little rude if I ask them to pay for their own food?????

Hi Madeline!  I think it is important when planning a vacation with others to make sure you are up front from the beginning.  Make sure all your friends know what the trip entails concerning cost and allow them to back out if they don't feel like they can fit it within their budget.  Suggest they go to the Disney website, www.disneyworld.com and review the dining plans that are offered.  For many this is a great way to enjoy a Disney vacation because they don't have to worry about bringing lots of money to spend on meals.  When choosing restaurants you can check out the menus and also sample pricing by going to www.allears.net and typing in MENUS in the search box.  Perhaps you can plan an evening together where you can all meet to discuss the dining choices and select those that appeal to all.  Getting everyone involved will help those that might feel pinched with the cost and at the same time lets them know they will be responsible for that part of the vacation bill.
