Hi, im planning to spend my day at HS and i have a dining resrv. at 7:30 but the park closes at 8, so afterwards i plan on taking advantage of the MK EMH which closes at 8 also or 11 Pm with EMH, Do I have be in MK before it closes to get my wristband?

Once you reach the Magic Kingdom for the evening Extra Magic Hours, you will only need your Magic Your Way park hopper ticket along with your Resort I.D. (Key to the World card) to enter the park.

Since you are visiting two parks, make sure your ticket has the park hopping option.

After September 7th, you will no longer need to get a wristband to enter and/or stay in a park that is hosting Extra Magic Hours. Instead, you'll only need to show your Key to the World card. The use of wristbands is being eliminated.

You do not need to be in the Magic Kingdom prior to (or at the start of) Extra Magic Hours. Feel free to arrive any time during EMH!
