Epcot International Food and Wine Festival

I'm planning a relatively large family vacation (11 people with 9 being over 21 years old). We don't necessarily need to be in a huge family suite, but how can I go about reserving more than 1 room since we will be paying for everyone's rooms?

Welcome to planDisney Alexis! I know I'm excited about your trip already. The more the merrier on adult trips is an excellent rule of thumb.

I have been lucky enough to go on adult-only trips with my cousins and am happy to help. As a father of 3, I almost found myself yelling across the country "Make it 12!" This visit sounds amazing, and I'll spare you adding me to your itinerary. Often these trips of my own go back to everyone scampering around EPCOT like children on an easter egg hunt for the new snack or adult beverage during whichever festival is running. Historically the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is happening during your visit, and I cannot stress the importance of visiting during this wonderful time. The pairings of incredibly crafted plates have me doing laps every time we visit. In fact, my family visited in November of 2022 and the Festival did not disappoint. My wife and children continued to speak of going back to get more Udon and Ramen. That's right the kids had us doing laps.

When it comes to booking multiple rooms for your stay, you can book separate reservation numbers online for each room for easier accessibility on the My Disney Experience App during your stay. However, there isn't a way to book multiple rooms under a single reservation online. Alexis I would like to add I need more family members like you. You are awesome for taking care of these reservations and you have to be the family planner for taking on this responsibility. If you don't want to do separate reservations online and would like one easy transaction you can always call Walt Disney World and speak with reservations.

I hope this information is helpful in planning this trip. Also don't mind the 12th person tacked on at the end of your reservation. In all seriousness, if you have any other questions or need any recommendations on how to have the most fun while visiting, come on back to planDisney and drop us a line.

    Have a magical day,

    Jeremy A.
