I'm planning to purchase California Resident 3-Day Tickets. If I can't go on my days reserved in September, how long do I have to cancel my reservations and book new reservations to use my tickets? The calendar currently only goes thru September.

Hello there, Jenn! We are so glad you've stopped by planDisney with your ticket question.

I am excited to hear that you are thinking about purchasing the California Resident Ticket Offer. This is a really great deal for California residents and I love that this ticket allows you to visit on nonconsecutive days throughout the validity of the ticket. Once you purchase this ticket offer you will make all three of your theme park ticket reservations. You can modify or cancel these as many times as needed throughout the validity of the ticket. These tickets expire on September 28, 2023. If you have used one or more of the days on the ticket, but not the whole ticket, you will lose any remaining days. If you do not use the ticket at all, you may be able to use the value of the ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket of greater value according to the eTicket Terms & Conditions.

There are a lot of really exciting things happening in September, so I hope you can make the three visits work out! The first day of September this year kicks off Halloween time at Disneyland Resort. San Fransokyo Square also is officially reimagined and you can now meet Baymax and Hiro!

Jenn, thanks so much for stopping by and I hope your September schedule allows you to visit the park a few times!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
