    I'm planning on proposing to my girlfriend in front of the castle in September in Cali. How can I hire a disneyland photographer?

In my opinion, The Happiest Place On Earth can be one of the most romantic places on Earth, and I should know since I consider myself to be a bit of a love expert! Ready to make your dreams come true? Here are a few of my favorite tips for proposing at the Disneyland Resort. I’m thrilled to help you as you start to plan!

    Now Andy, I understand that wanting to make sure you capture your big moment is aTale As Old As Time. So first, I want to let you know that anyone with a valid admission ticket and theme park reservation can snap away to their heart's content. It's quite common for couples to hire an outside photographer for the day. Just be sure to take a quick glance at the list of Prohibited Items at the Disneyland Resort to make sure that your photographer's gear complies. It’s also a good idea to check in with park officials beforehand —you might need a photography permit.

    And don’t forget about Disney PhotoPass! The PhotoPass photographers can capture precious memories around the theme parks. When my sister’s husband proposed a while back, he found a PhotoPass photographer nearby who was happy to capture the moment.  I always recommend investing in the Lightning Lane Multi Pass for at least one of your theme park tickets. Not only do you score free PhotoPass downloads all day long, but you can also instantly share them with your loved ones via the Disneyland Mobile App straight from your phone.
