Hey there, Mark!
Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with your question. A round of golf at
Walt Disney World is always a great idea, and you're in for a fantastic day on the fairways!
Disney's Lake Buena Vista Golf Course offers a scenic and challenging layout, winding through gorgeous landscapes and even past Disney Springs. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or just enjoying a leisurely round, this course is one of the best ways to experience the Happiest Place on TURF! Be sure to stop by the pro shop before or after your round—Disney Golf swag makes for the perfect souvenir, and you might find something to help take your game fore-ward.
I spoke with a Cast Member who confirmed that at this time,
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is one of the "Select Disney Resorts" offering
complimentary transportation to and from the course via taxi. Just swing by Bell Services before your tee time to arrange everything. If, for any reason, this changes before your round, don't worry—you've got plenty of other ways to get to the first tee. My personal favorite is the
Minnie Van Service through the Lyft app. Simply open the app, set your pickup and drop-off locations, and scroll to the bottom to select a Minnie Van. A Cast Member driver will roll up to Caribbean Beach and whisk you away to the course in style! Minnie Vans are a popular option, so if the wait time is going to cut into your warm-up swings, standard ride-sharing services are another easy alternative.
After sinking that final putt, Caribbean Beach Resort has plenty of great ways to unwind. I highly recommend heading to
Banana Cabana for a refreshing cocktail—nothing hits the spot after 18 holes in the Florida sun like a frosty beverage with a view! If you want to relax, the resort's Fuentes del Morro Pool is one of Disney's best, with a lively atmosphere and plenty of space to kick back. And for a meal that's sure to be a hole-in-one, Sebastian's Bistro offers a fantastic menu filled with Caribbean-inspired flavors.
I hope this helps answer your question, Mark! If you have any additional questions or need more recommendations,
swing back my way here at planDisney.
H'em'em straight!
