Hey, howdy, hey, Sara!
Yeehaw! Visiting the Disneyland Resort with your large group sounds like a
rootin', tootin' time to me. Thanks for visiting us at planDisney to look for advice on how to make it all work out.
If members of your party have their tickets linked to their separate accounts, it is just fine to enter the reserved theme park separately, even if all of the theme park tickets are linked to the same
theme park reservation. I have also been able to distribute a ticket to a friend by sharing a simple screenshot of the
Disney eTicket as displayed in the
Disneyland mobile app with them via text message. They showed the screenshot of the ticket to the Cast Member at the park entrance, had their picture taken to link them as the sole user of the ticket, and were also given a printed ticket card at the turnstile.
Tony’s Tip: I have enjoyed my visits to the Disneyland Resort with large groups. But there are some challenges. For example, how do you feed that many people who may have different tastes? I find it helpful to plan meals at locations with a variety of items on the menu or even a variety of restaurants in the area. For example, there are several restaurants in the
Pacific Wharf area of
Disney California Adventure Park. Among the various restaurants, there are usually enough options to satisfy everyone. You can even have one or a few people pay for all of the food using
mobile food and beverage orders.
Have a magical time, Sara!
