I’m planning to order some Amazon prime items for our stay at Old Key West. Can I have them delivered directly to the room or do they have to go to bell services?

Hey Howdy Hey Diana and welcome to planDisney!

One of the best things that I always recommend to anyone trying to save a few dollars on a trip to Walt Disney World Resort is to have special food and drink items sent to your resort. This works so well especially for little ones as they like their specific snacks when they want them! Let's be honest, we adults have our preferences as well and that is why when our family of five visits Walt Disney World, we do use Amazon Prime too.

Staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel is full of top-notch service and upscale amenities including the fantastic Cast Members at Bell Services. Due to the size of the resorts, you are still able to order from any number of grocery delivery services but they are required to drop everything off at Bell Services where they will keep things safe as well as cold if needed. When you get the notification that your order has been delivered, you can call down and have them delivered to your room, for a small fee, or you can head down and pick them up yourself. Either way, it beats trying to navigate your way outside of the Disney bubble to a grocery store right?

Good luck with your continued planning for your upcoming trip and if you have any other questions let us know, we love talking about all things Disney!

    Happy planning,
