Hi! I’m planning a one day trip to Disneyland California on Nov 8 and I was wondering if there will be a lot of attraction closures since it is in the period between Halloween and Christmas. I was also wondering if I will be seeing Christmas decor on Nov 8

    Welcome to planDisney, Pei Lee!

I hope you’re getting excited to spend time at The Happiest Place on Earth! You’re going to be visiting during the most magical time of the year! I hope you’re excited to celebrate!

Though a few attractions are currently closed for refurbishment, there are usually only a couple closed at a time, so you should have plenty of rides and attractions to enjoy during your vacation! You can continue to check the “Daily Events Schedule” as you near your trip, as there is a list just a little ways down the page (under “Closed for Refurbishment”) that will keep you up-to-date on what attractions will be under maintenance.

Though the “official” Holidays at the Disneyland Resort begin November 12, 2021, I think you will be able to see some Christmas decor during your trip. Though all of the holiday offerings will not be available, you should be able to feel a little bit of that winter magic during your adventure!

If you have additional questions before your arrival, we’d love to hear from you again at planDisney

    See ya real soon!
