Hi I'm planning my next WDW vacation. I'm looking at 03/24/14 or 04/1/14. What is the weather like my kids like to go swimming and I like to lounge around by the pool. Will the weather be nice enough and warm enough? what week would be better?

    Hi Claudia,

On average, you can expect the temperatures to be in the high 70's and low 80's in late March and early April. Of course, weather can be unpredictable but that is a good guide. I would choose the week of 4/1/14 because many schools around the country have vacations / spring break during the last few weeks of March.

The pools are heated year-round to 82 degrees, and my kids went swimming last February at Disney. While I can't guarantee that it will be nice enough when you are there, your chances are really good given that you plan to visit in spring.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
