Hi, Lakescia! Welcome to
planDisney. I love seeing a fellow North Carolinian stop by to ask a question. Waving hello from somewhere in the state!
Lakescia, it is so fun that you are planning a trip to the
Most Magical Place On Earth for your mother's 65th birthday. How special! When you get there, be sure to grab her a complimentary "Happy Birthday" button from your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or Guest Services. When she wears this she'll receive so many well wishes from Cast Members and Guests alike.
In order to make
park pass reservations, first, you need to purchase
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets and then link them to your
MyDisneyExperience account. Once that is done, you can then make your park pass reservations. First, you'll head to the
park pass reservation website which I've linked for you. You'll then select if you are wanting to make park pass reservations with Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets or a Walt Disney World Annual Pass. On the next page you'll select everyone that you wish to make park pass reservations for and hit the blue "Continue" button. Then, you'll select a date on the calendar and the theme park you'd like to visit. If all goes well you'll then be taken to a confirmation page and will see your new park pass reservation immediately reflected on your MyDisneyExperience account. You'll need to do this for each day you'd like to visit a Walt Disney World Theme Park.
If you haven't purchased tickets yet, Lakescia, I'd first recommend checking out the
Walt Disney World Theme Park Availability Calendar to make sure the specific theme park you'd like to visit on your mother's 65th birthday is still available. If it is, I'd go ahead and purchase tickets now because sometimes park dates do tend to fill up pretty quickly.
I hope this helps get your trip planning off to a great start. If you have any other questions along the way, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help!
Happy planning!
Jackie H.
