Hiya, Daniel!
Welcome to planDisney, friend. Just thinking about this question makes me smile. The "goodnight kiss" or closing twinkle on
Cinderella Castle is truly a special sight to see. After chatting with a few friendly Cast Members, I can confirm that there is currently no set time for this magical closing. The "goodnight kiss" has not officially returned to
Magic Kingdom Park and can be quite elusive. There have been some evenings when this event occurs, and many more that it does not. When the late display does occur it is generally after the park closes to all Guests for the day. This means traditionally it would occur after the
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours.
While this may not be the news you were hoping for, I do want to mention that Cinderella Castle has never looked better.
The Walt Disney World Resort's 50th Anniversary EARidescent shimmer is truly beautiful. Each evening Cinderella Castle becomes a
Beacon of Magic with a must-see glow. I have spent many nights admiring just how spectacular the castle looks after dark. And the best part is all Guests will be able to see the nightly transformation without waiting for the park to close for the evening!
I hope your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
We'll see ya real soon!
