The
Lunar New Year Celebration will be returning in 2025, though the exact dates have not been announced yet. I'd recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for more details once they become available.
However, this celebration is a really great way to see the characters you mentioned! I would definitely make sure to check out
Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession to see Mulan and Mushu. Then I would recommend checking the Disneyland Resort mobile app on the days you're in the parks to see where and when you might be able to meet Raya, Mickey and Minnie during your visit. In the mobile app's map tab, you can tap the down arrow next to "Attractions" in the top center of your screen and select "Characters" to see who is available for meet-and-greets each day.
