Welcome back to planDisney! We are honored you keep coming to us for help planning your Disney vacations!

Cara, a land-and-sea vacation is definitely on my bucket list! We are new to cruising as a family, and I’m already hooked. You are really going to have a magical vacation! Speaking of magic, you will be happy to know that a resort refillable mug also has a little magic to it. Currently, once purchased, it is active for 14 days, which means if you buy it on night one of your stay at Port Orleans - French Quarter, you will still be able to use it when you return to Walt Disney World Resort for your stay at Pop Century Resort! This is one of our favorite things about having a resort refillable mug; it is perfect for split stays (and land and sea vacations).

I hope this was helpful, Cara! Before I let you go, this is the current policy as of 2026, but since you are visiting next year, I highly recommend checking back in early January. A panelist is always on vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, and between all of us, we can double-check and let you know if the policy has changed before you arrive.
