If I'm planning to go do Disneyland one of two consecutive days but not sure which until closer to the date, is it best to make reservations for both days and then cancel the one we won't be using?

Hey there, hi there, Jennifer! We are so glad you stopped by with your planning question. Welcome to planDisney!

Summer is here, and I can't think of a better place to enjoy some sun than The Happiest Place on Earth! In regard to making a theme park ticket reservation for an upcoming visit, it would all depend on whether you have a single-day ticket, a multiday ticket, or a Magic Key. If you have a Magic Key or multi-day ticket, then yes, I would say to make reservations for both days and then just be sure to cancel your reservation for the day you decide not to visit. However, remember that once you use the first day of a multi-day ticket (unless it's a special offer ticket with different promotional details), these will need to be used within 13 days. If you have a single-day ticket, you will not be able to make a reservation for more days than the ticket has available. You can book it for one of the days and then modify the reservation if you decide on the other, as long as reservations are available.

As you prepare for your visit, be sure to check out all the entertainment and limited-time offerings going on for the 70th Anniversary. There is even a Foodie Guide so you can make your list of all the treats you hope to try.

Jennifer, I hope this information was helpful! See you real soon!
