Hello, Luis! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
How wonderful to have received tickets to the Disneyland Resort as a birthday gift! The Happiest Place on Earth is a fantastic place to celebrate your
birthday. The first thing you will want to check is if there is an expiration date on the tickets you received or any other fine print that stipulates specific dates by which the tickets need to be used. The next thing to check is if they are one-day tickets or multi-day tickets. If they are for one-day only, it should say whether the tickets are good for a value, regular, or peak day. To view the calendar of value, regular, or peak days, visit the
“Theme Park Tickets” page, select a one-day ticket, and then a calendar will populate. Find the date you want to visit and check the corresponding color key to see what category that date falls into. If you have a value or regular ticket, it can only be used on a value or regular day, respectively, unless you pay the difference to upgrade the ticket. Multi-day tickets can be used on any dates.
If you still have questions about your tickets, I suggest calling the Tickets line at (714) 781-4636. They should be able to look up your type of ticket and let you know if there are any restrictions.
I hope you have a magnificent time at the Disneyland Resort!
