I’m planning on flying in at 8am, check in at the resort we’re staying isn’t until 3pm... will the resort hold our bags until we can go in to the room? Also, when we check out, we wanted to go to a park, will they hold our bags until we leave ?? Thanks!

    Hello there, Eva!

I am glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions about checking in and out of your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.

You are absolutely welcome to have Bell Services hold your bags for you until your room is ready.  If you sign up for text alerts at check-in,  you will be notified when your room is ready, along with your room number.  This means that you can head straight to your room with no need to stop back at the front desk.  Once you're settled, just touch the Bell Services button on your in-room phone.  Your luggage will be brought to you.

On your departure day, call Bell Services to have them retrieve the bags from your room.  You can also bring the luggage to Bell Services on your own if you prefer.   Keep in mind that you will want to allow enough time for travel back to your resort in order to make it on time for your Disney's Magical Express transport.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    Magically yours in 2018,

    Jacqui C.
