I'm planning to get Florida residents tickets, and while I don't have a Florida ID like DL, I can show Utility Bills etc. as proof of residence. But these bills don't have my wife's name on them, would she need any other proof of residence.

    Greetings, Akshit!

Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to hear that you are planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! This is a great time to visit with both the 50th Anniversary Celebration and the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival going strong. I hope that you and your wife are able to try out some of the unique dishes and newest attractions during your visit. Let's go over Florida Resident tickets, so you can start finalizing all the details of your upcoming adventure.

Each individual will need to show proof of ID when purchasing a Flordia resident ticket. Both you and your wife will need to provide documentation to purchase tickets at the special resident price. If you do not have a Flordia state ID or driver's license you are still able to verify residency. You will need a current photo ID and one of the following documents, dated within the past two months.

    • Proof of mortgage.
    • Bills, policies, or registration. This can include utility bills, insurance policies for home or auto, and car registration.
    • Mail from a financial, state, or government agency.
You can verify your residency online, which can be a huge time saver! There will be a "Your Flordia Residence Information" form to complete when checking out during your ticket purchase. And while you are on the Walt Disney World website, be sure to check out the special offers available to Flordia Residents. You can find some great options for discounted tickets and amazing promotions for stays at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel

Once you have booked your tickets or vacation package, be sure to make your Disney Park Pass reservations. Currently, all four theme parks do require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket.

I hope that you and your wife have an amazing time in the magic!
    We'll see ya real soon!
