Hi! I’m planning my first trip with children - they will be ages 4 and 20 months. Are kids under 2 allowed to eat off of a parent’s plate? What about at buffets? If we go the meal plan route (we are currently undecided) does she need a meal plan?

    Hello Jennifer!

Seeing theWalt Disney World resort for the first time through the eyes of your child is some truly magical stuff! Get ready for some big fun. Children under the age of three are absolutely allowed to eat off of a parent's plate at no charge at all Walt Disney World dining locations, including buffets and other Prix Fixe meals such as Cinderella's Royal Table

With the age of your "littles" I would recommend The Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom. This is one of our kid's favorites, even though they are now adults!

If you have more questions, come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!

    See ya real soon,
