I'm planning a first time trip with my daughter (she is 11), just the two of us. We are planning to stay for two whole days, but don't ride many rides. Is it worth it for us to buy two day hopper passes?

Hi Kara! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Being your first Disney vacation, I wouldn't encourage you to get a ticket with Park Hopper option. Even if you are not planning to ride many attractions, there are so many wonderful things to see and experience in each of the theme parks, at least one full day is necessary for staying in each one of them.
First day I would visit Magic Kingdom Park, absolutely my favorite park. Full of charm, offers many attractions, parades, shows and meet-and-greet opportunities with Disney Characters. There are also many good restaurant options. I suggest you make a reservation for Be Our Guest restaurant, a great place located inside Beast’s Castle.
For the second day, I would head to Epcot, and spend the day at this spectacular park. It’s always a great experience to start your magical day with a Character Dining Experience at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. While you have a delicious breakfast, some of our favorite Disney Princesses will visit your table for photos and autographs. Take at least four hours to walk around the World Showcase and visit pavilions representing different countries. I am sure you and your daughter will have an unforgettable time!
Please, don’t hesitate to come back if you have further questions.
    Have a “pixie-dusted” day!
