Hi, I'm planning a family reunion for 2021 to WDW how long can I book a hotel? If I book now, will the prices remain lock for 2021?

Hello Rosalba! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Planning a family reunion at Walt Disney World Resort sounds like an unforgettably magical experience. It also sounds like planning as far in advance as possible would be essential.

Guests may make Resort Hotel Room-Only Reservations up to 499 days in advance of a vacation. While you have a good start on your Walt Disney World Resort planning, you will have to wait until late 2019 to make your Room Reservations. These long-term bookings may be made by speaking with a Cast Member at (407)939-1936.

Magic Your Way Vacation packages open up later than this 499-day window. If you are interested in Magic Your Way Vacation Packages for your family during the reunion, you can always make initial Room-Only Reservations at the 499-day mark and then speak with a Cast Member at (407)939-1936 once the Magic Your Way Vacation Packages become available to upgrade to the package.

Once you book your Room-Only Reservations, the price that you booked will remain consistent unless you make any alterations after any prices may have changed. Basically, the price you are offered when you make the booking (or any future changes) is the price you will pay.

    Have a Magical Reunion!
