I'm planning a family reunion with my children and grandchildren. I would like to have a special welcome set up for them when they get to their rooms. Will the concierge set out a few gifts on the beds if I ship them in advance?

    Welcome Home, Margaret!

You are going to love your stay at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The Resort harkens back to a bygone era, where hats, dapper suits, and high tea reigns! I know you will love exploring the Resort with your family, and bonus, you are one monorail stop away from Magic Kingdom Park!

You are more than welcome to send packages to the Resort ahead of time; you can find the physical address on Google, or call Member Services to verify the correct address. But, the hotel will not open your packages for you, so the Concierge will not be able to decorate the room.

No worries, though! The fantastic Fairy Godmothers of Disney Floral & Gifts have got hotel decoration down pat, and you can arrange for them to decorate your room on arrival day. I’ve had them decorate for the holidays, birthdays, and just for the fun of it! I love the Disney Vacation Club Welcome, that includes a super soft blanket and a darling Pluto plush. If you’re looking to wow your grandkids, you might want to consider the Pixar Pals Welcome that includes a welcome banner and almost all of our favorite Pixar pals!

One last note, Margaret, I noticed that you are visiting in about a yEAR. All prices and contents are subject to change! But whatever the changes our friends at Disney Floral & Gifts make, I know they will be magical!

    ChEARs to your grand adventure!
