Hello, I'm planning a Disney Cruise vacation next year in June for 7 days. I was wondering which cruise line better the wonder, magic, fantasy or the dream. I traveling with my 5 yr old daughter.

    Hi Shana!
A question I get often is: "You know a lot about Disney Cruise Line - which ship is your favorite?" Asking me to pick a favorite ship in the fleet is like asking me to choose a favorite child. I love different things about each fabulous vessel!

The Disney Wonder holds a special place in my heart - it's the first Disney ship we sailed on. Many memories were made aboard the Wonder, and the time we spent onboard is what first made me fall in love with Disney Cruise Line! The Wonder's sister ship is the Disney Magic, which recently went under a major renovation and re-imagining. There's lots of new spaces to explore on the Magic, and a brand new body slide called the AquaDunk. If your daughter it a thrill-seeker (and meets the height requirement of 48"), the Magic might be the ship for you.

The newest ships in the Disney fleet are the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy. The newer ships are larger than the Wonder and Magic, and both feature AquaDuck, an awesome water coaster, on the pool deck. If your little girl loves Disney Princesses, I'd have to recommend the Fantasy over the Dream. The Fantasy is home to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, where your little princess can get her very own princess makeover! The Fantasy also has a new offering - the Royal Court Royal Tea, a whimsical tea party with dancing, singing, treats and gifts. All your favorite Disney Princesses will be in attendance - it's every little girl's dream come true!

It really comes down to when and where you want to go on your Disney voyage - there's no wrong choice when choosing which ship to be your floating "home away from home"! Please come back and visit if you have any more planning questions!

    Have a great day! - Diane W.
