I'm planning to have dinner at Wilderness Resort, but staying at Beach Club Resort, does anyone know how long it takes to get from one hotel to the other and how to get there (bus)? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Tracy,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. One of my favorite things to do at Walt Disney World is to spend time at different resorts! I am so glad that you will head from Disney's Beach Club Resort to other resorts for dinner. I am not sure if you are heading to Disney's Wilderness Lodge or Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground; however, the options I give you here will work for either one.

There is not transportation directly from resort to resort at Walt Disney World, so you are going to need to find a transfer point, which will generally be a theme park. There are a few options for this. You could choose to take a boat or walk to Disney's Hollywood Studios, and then take a bus from there to your destination. If you have theme park admission for the day you are planning to do this, you could enter the International Gateway of Epcot, walk to the front of the theme park, and take a bus from there. You could also catch a bus from Disney's Beach Club Resort to Magic Kingdom, and from there take a boat to your destination. There are many options, and I would suggest that you plan at least an hour if not a bit longer for any of these options.

If you want to get to dinner more quickly, you can also take a taxi. This will have a cost, but will get you to your destination faster. To do so, head to the lobby of your resort. If there is not a taxi waiting, simply ask a cast member to call one for you.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Tracy. Please do let us know if you have any further questions!
