Hi All. I'm planning our 4th consecutive trip to DW for June 09 for 2 ad & 2 kids 11,15. We've stayed at POR AB(love it) and WL. We're wanting to stay somewhere different and have narrowed it to the Mansions at POR and CB. What would you suggest?

We loved our stay in the Alligator Bayou section of Port Orleans Riverside as well; the southern charm is tough to resist!

That said, if I were you, I'd opt for a stay at the Caribbean Beach Resort for your upcoming stay.  Both of the resorts you've stayed in previously have a woodsy feel to them.  Why not change it up this time and go for that beachy theme?

I've stayed at both Caribbean Beach Resort and Port Orleans Riverside.  My favorite of the two was definitely Port Orleans, but that's not to say that Caribbean Beach was bad by any stretch of the imagination.  Caribbean Beach has a great food court, and the pool is newly refurbished.  They'll also be offering special pirate themed guest rooms beginning in early 2009.  They have a variety of water activities available at the marina, as well as bike rentals and a pirate cruise.

My family has yet to stay at the same resort twice because we enjoy experiencing as many as we can.  I suggest that you give Caribbean Beach Resort a try so that you, too, can try out a new experience as well!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
