Hi there, Ena - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks so much for stopping by with your question for our team of panelists today. We love to help Guests from around the world, just like you, plan their very own, very magical,
Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
Ena, I have some great news for you -
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours, when scheduled, are available to registered Guests at
Disney Deluxe and
Deluxe Villa Resorts on any day of their reservation, including the day of check-in and the day of check-out. As long as you are a registered Guest of one of these eligible Resorts, and your Resort reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will be all set! You can use your linked MagicBand, Key to the World Card, or a MagicMobile pass on your smartphone to demonstrate your eligibility for Extended Evening Theme Park Hours.
You do not need to visit your Deluxe Resort prior to enjoying Extended Evening Theme Park Hours, however, since you'll have a later night, you might want to stop by in the evening once your room is available. I'm just speaking from my own experience, and have learned that I don't like unpacking late at night after a full day in the Theme Parks! Also, be sure to use the
Online Check-In service to bypass the Front Desk and expedite getting access to your room!
I hope this information is helpful, Ena. By the way, if your travels take you to
EPCOT, be sure to check out my favorite new attraction -
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind - it's a blast!
