If I'm planning on going to cape may for dinner, which park should i go during the day for minimal walking/wait time?

    Hiya Lisa,

Welcome to planDisney! It seems you have stumbled upon my secret: always coordinate your dining with your theme park days. Even though I visit Walt Disney World a lot, I still like to maximize my itinerary so I can experience as much time in the theme parks as possible. This means making sure that wherever I’m planning to dine that day is either in the theme park I’m visiting or close by.

Two theme parks are within walking distance from Cape May Café, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT. In order to maximize the day, you are planning to dine at Cape May Café (an excellent choice, by the way), you should plan to spend the day in EPCOT. Cape May is located in Beach Club Resort, which is a quick 10-minute walk from the International Gateway entrance near the UK Pavillion at EPCOT. You can get a multi-pass selection for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure for later in the evening, and then afterward, head over for your yummy dinner!

I hope this was helpful, Lisa. Before I let you go, I did mention that Hollywood Studios is another option for you. If you would prefer to visit a galaxy far, far away, then it is only about a 15- 20-minute walk. You can also catch a FriendShip boat that will take you straight to the boat launch closest to Beach Club. That said, EPCOT would still be the best speed option. Please come back and see us if you need anything else.

    Happy Planning,
