Hey there, Jessica, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you are in the running for the Parent of the Year Award with this one!
It has been quite a rainy year so far at the Disneyland Resort, so I'm glad you stopped by to ask this question. Luckily, as of now, it looks like there is no rain in the forecast for your daughter and her friends' trip. However, things can certainly change!
To enter a theme park, you need both valid tickets and a theme park reservation. You already have your theme park tickets, so you're all set there. If you do end up deciding to change the date of the visit, all you'll need to do is change your theme park reservation dates!
I'll walk you through how to do this below, but before you do that, make sure to check the
Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure there are theme park reservations available for the dates you'd like to switch to. Since the process of changing your reservation dates involves canceling your current reservation, I'd hate for the dates you'd be looking to change to be already booked!
After you've confirmed your new dates are available, it's easy to change your reservation dates! First, you'll visit
Disneyland.com and log in. Next, hover over "My Disneyland" in the top navigation bar and select "Ticket and Reservation Details." On this next page, scroll down and click "View My Park Reservations." You should now see your upcoming park reservations, so all that's left is to click "Cancel Reservation" on your current dates, then make
theme park reservations for the new dates of the visit.
If you happen to run into any issues when changing your theme park reservation dates, you can also
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line who would be more than happy to help!
I hope your daughter and her friends have a fun, rain-free visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Thanks again for your question, Jessica. Make sure to come back and see us here at planDisney with any other planning questions you might have.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
