Hi there, pal! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy—your magical adventure is just around the corner… literally this week! How exciting is that? The countdown is almost over, and soon you’ll be strolling down
Main Street, U.S.A., with Sleeping Beauty Castle ahead and that unmistakable Disney energy all around you. I’d be happy to help you get set for making the most of your time with
Lightning Lane passes so you and your party can focus on the fun and skip a little more of the waiting.
In my experience,
Lightning Lane Multi Pass has been available to purchase throughout most days. That said, it’s always subject to change and not guaranteed. The real key is the return times for each attraction—they shift constantly based on demand. For popular attractions like
Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! or
Indiana Jones Adventure, return times can disappear quickly or get pushed later into the evening. That’s why I always recommend purchasing your Multi Pass as early in the day as possible. It’s the best way to lock in great return windows and maximize your park time.
If you’re traveling with a group, here’s a tip I love to share: you don’t all have to book the same attractions together. For example, if some of your crew are ready to rocket through the galaxy on
Space Mountain while others would rather enjoy the whimsy of
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, you can easily split your Lightning Lane selections. It’s a flexible way to make sure everyone gets their kind of magic without missing out.
Don’t forget that
Lightning Lane Single Pass is also available for select attractions not included in the Multi Pass, like
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. One note for your visit:
Radiator Springs Racers is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment, so while you’ll miss that particular race through Ornament Valley, there will be plenty of other thrills to keep your day action-packed.
And one last tip, friend: depending on the type of ticket you purchased, you might be able to add Lightning Lane Multi Pass before your visit by checking the
ticket modifications page. If it’s not available there, no worries—you can also try purchasing it through the
Disneyland mobile app once you’ve arrived and have scanned your ticket or pass to enter the park.
The magic is waiting for you just beyond the turnstiles, and I hope your visit is filled with laughter, wonder, and memories you’ll treasure forever.
Have a magical time!
Cody
