Hi, I'm planning to buy my theme park tickets online, will the tickets automatically be linked to the Magic Bands? If not, how to link these tickets to my Magic Bands?

Hi Kim! When my family purchased one of the Disney resort packages on line this fall that was one of the biggest questions as to how they would be able to do their fastpasses if they didn't have the tickets in hand yet. They were ordered as part of the package but wouldn't have them until they checked into their resort.

Because they were on order they were allowed to pre order their fastpasses and when they checked in at their resort the cast members made sure they linked to their magic bands. It all went fairly smoothly except for the fact she had forgotten she signed up for the dining package until half way through the vacation! Let's just say she didn't quite get her money's worth out of that leaving quite a few credits to Disney but its a mistake that won't happen again I am sure. She had never used the dining plan and didn't realize she signed up the package with it.

Things are going more smoothly with the new technology these days at Disney. Unless you have an unusual circumstance you should be good to go for a great seamless vacation!
