Hi Josh!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for dropping by with such a great question.
I am so glad to hear that you are aware of the
health and safety requirements which include face coverings for all guests ages 2 and up! As always, Disney reserves the right to
deny entry and/or remove any guest who does not comply with property rules and procedures. Having said that, your daughter is 4-years old. Cast members are lovely with helping
princesses and princes,
Jedi-in-Training,
would be sorcerers, and
Wilderness Explorers adapt to all royal, galactic, and planetary expectations.
Should you find that your little one needs an extended break, try stopping by one of the relaxation stations. Located in all four theme parks, you can take a break in these areas and remove your masks. I would suggest planning for some down time in one of these areas so that your daughter knows a break is on the schedule. Check the park guide maps for each theme park to see the location of relaxation stations -
Magic Kingdom,
EPCOT,
Disney's Animal Kingdom, and
Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Also remember to take advantage of
advanced dining reservations. Air-conditioned breaks are nice and will give your daughter a chance to recharge. Remember to review the
dining updates as available locations may change. Finally, if you have not done so already, I suggest that you practice with the mask wearing prior to going to the parks. If she can wear one for several hours at a time under normal conditions, that may help with her tolerating one in the parks. The teacher in me believes in the power of practice!
Josh, sending a little extra pixie dust your way as you prepare your daughter for a magical visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
