Hello I'm planning on booking my honey moon for 2021 and I'm wondering is there much to do if I end up having a one year old before then ?

Hi there, Nowell, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! First, I want to say congratulations on your upcoming nuptials! My parents spent their honeymoon at the Walt Disney World Resort with kids in tow, and although I was a little older, we all had such a fantastic time!

Nowell, I started bringing my oldest child to the Walt Disney World Resort on his first birthday and have just recently returned from a trip with our 7-month-old, so I can honestly say that there is no shortage of baby-friendly things to do. Nowell, I am happy to tell you that your one year old can ride any attraction without a height restriction, meaning that your little one can tag along on the majority of attractions throughout all four theme parks. In addition to the attractions themselves, our little ones love to meet their favorite characters. The pictures from these encounters are some of our most prized possessions.

If you and your husband are wanting to ride a few thrill rides, take advantage of the Rider Switch Service. This will allow either you or your new husband to wait in line for an attraction that is not baby-friendly while the other parent remains with the baby. Once the parent waiting in line gets off the attraction, the other parent can immediately go into the FastPass+ line, to experience a minimal wait. Nowell, my husband and I utilize the Rider Switch Service all the time, and we often take advantage of the times we are waiting with the baby to get in feeding or a diaper change.

Speaking of feeding and diaper changes, did you know that there are dedicated Baby Care Centers in all four theme parks? These air-conditioned stations are equipped with nursing rooms, bottle warmers, changing stations, and feeding areas complete with high chairs. The baby care centers also sell a variety of baby-related items that you may need in a pinch, including diaper rash cream and formula.

I hope that this helps, Nowell and please come back over to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions! We hope to see ya real soon and again, a big congratulations!
