    I'm planning to book tickets for the Starlight Safari at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I will be staying at Port Orleans Riverside and am concerned about how to get home after the safari at 11:30pm. I will be relying on Disney transport during my stay.

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my families most favourite Disney Resorts to visit, we absolutely love the wild atmosphere and stunning theming which truly is right out of Africa; in fact did you know that the Lodge has one of the largest collections of African art in the whole of the United States of America?! 
    You're sure to enjoy the wondrous adventure of the nighttime Starlight Safari at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and to allay your travel concerns I'm happy to share that Disney Resort Transportation runs up until 1 hour after scheduled Disney Theme Park closing times which can be viewed via this Park Hours & Calendars link. 
    You may also be interested to learn about the new Minnie Van Service at Walt Disney World Resort as described in this recent Disney Parks Blog article; although the Minnie Van Service is currently only available at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort I sure hope it will be rolled out right across Disney property sometime real soon and maybe even in time for your magical stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.
