I’m planning to book the resort stay but a friend is joining me. Can my friend enjoys the early admission like I do?

    Hello ChenPink,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. Booking a Walt Disney World vacation is always exciting. There is so much to see and do right now with new attractions like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, new nighttime shows like Disney Enchantment, and special added surprises for Disney's 50th Anniversary Celebration throughout all 4 parks. You and your friend are sure to have a fantastic time!

Early admission is a benefit for guests at Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and other select hotels. If both you and your friend are resort hotel guests then you'll be able to enjoy the extra time in the parks. However, it sounds like your friend is not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, in which case, you would be the only one able to enter the parks early.

If there is an attraction that you think you might want to experience twice, you could get to the park bright and early and head to the attraction. By the time you were done, the park would most likely be open, and you could meet up with your friend. Alternatively, you could both just enjoy an extra 30 minutes of sleep and be ready for a full day of fun together when the park officially opens.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
