Hi there, Emily!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I cannot wait for you to
celebrate your birthday at the Happiest Place on Earth. You are going to have such an unforgettable trip!
You will not believe all the exciting and thrilling additions to the Disneyland Resort since your last visit, but don't worry as many of the timeless classics you remember from childhood are still delighting Guests today. I always suggest spending AT LEAST two days to experience the many attractions and entertainment in both parks. With a longer stay, you will get to try more of the amazing dining offered, eat more tasty treats, re-experience your favorite attractions, spend more time relaxing at your Disneyland Resort Hotel, and enjoy the Downtown Disney District.
There are so many ways to sprinkle a little pixie dust on your vacation. I love adding a custom Celebration Cake to a dining reservation by calling (714) 781-3463. With unique designs and fun flavors like "Dole Whip" and "Churro" (my personal favorite) you can have a truly one-of-a-kind birthday treat.
One of the newest editions to the Downtown Disney District would be perfect for a fun evening out to celebrate your birthday. Ballast Point Brewing Co. offers award-winning craft beer, amazing food, and phenomenal views in a fun and high-energy setting. It's the perfect spot to wind down with friends after a busy day in the parks!
For a truly indulgent birthday, I suggest a signature dining experience like a meal at Napa Rose at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa or Carthay Circle Restaurant at Disney California Adventure Park. For a bit of pampering, you might want a relaxing spa service at the Mandara Spa located at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
I hope this helps, and in the meantime have a very merry un-birthday!
