Hey Fery!
Welcome to planDisney!
Congratulations on your engagement! It’s so exciting to be wanting to celebrate your bachelorette party at the
Happiest Place on Earth! The Disneyland Resort is the perfect place for any celebration and in a few years you may be finding yourself celebrating your anniversary at one of the Disney Resorts across the globe! A few years ago my wife and I celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary at the Walt Disney World Resort! It was such a dream!
As you may know the Hotels and theme parks at the Disneyland Resort are closed and don’t have a date set yet for a reopening. August is a great time to visit as the weather is amazing and perfect for some pool time at the hotel. Fingers crossed that the hotels and theme parks will be up and running by August.
With the closures of the theme parks, I am not able to give you current prices for what
tickets and hotels nights will cost once the Disneyland Resort opens back up. Ticket prices were based in Tiers with a Level 1 Tier starting at $104 and a Level 5 Tier priced at $154 for a one day one park per day ticket. I’d imagine you wanted to visit for multiple days so a 4 day one park per day ticket would have cost $340 per person and a 4 day Park Hopper ticket would have cost $395 per person. I highly recommend the park hopper option and as you can see, the more days you purchase brings the cost per day down. Remember, these are the prices before the closures and could change.
I’d recommend you stay at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. It is my favorite hotel on property and offers all of the luxuries and amenities for a bride to be! Prices can range from $475 to $975 per night for each room and the price will depend on the time of year that you travel. Booking is currently not available due to the closures. I’d recommend booking a Pool Cabana where you can have your own private space to relax with your party. There is a fridge, TV, bottled water and a dedicated server for your dining and drink needs. The Cabana host will come around and bring you fresh towels and make sure everything is going well.
Some other things you may want to plan for your trip is a day at the Tenaya Stone Spa! It was under construction before the closures and I hope it will be open for your stay! For
Dining I recommend Napa Rose inside the hotel and Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel. They are the finest restaurants on property and have won many awards for their amazing cuisine! You’ll have to pick at least one! The last thing I recommend is the “Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps” Guided Tour. You’ll get a behind the scenes tour of what inspired Walt Disney to create Disneyland and end with Lunch on Main Street U.S.A.
Well Fery, I hope I provided you with some good ideas for your trip. If you haven't already done so you may want to reach out to a
travel agent more accurate pricing and booking options. Feel free to check in with us again once the parks reopen so that we can provide you with more accurate pricing and information.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
