Hello. I´m planning to get annual passes for my 2019 trip and staying onsite. Since I live in Madrid, Spain (and not shipped internationally), how I'm supposed to collect my magic bands? (room ones and especially AP holder ones?) Thank you

Greetings Adriana and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am so excited to hEAR that you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort for 2019, and on top of that considering getting an Annual Pass. This can be a great option even for international Guests like us. I usually visit from Brazil at least twice a year, so passes become a great deal when you consider access to all theme parks for one year, unlimited download of all Disney PhotoPass content, savings on merchandise and dining, not to mention free standard parking at all theme parks.

MagicBands cannot be shipped internationally. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel you will receive your MagicBands at Front Desk when you check-in. Even if you have checked in online you must stop by Front Desk to get your MagicBands. The MagicBand you receive with your Annual Pass will not be given to you at this time. You must first stop by Guest Relations at Disney Springs or at any ticket window to get your Annual Pass card and activate it. Don’t forget to bring your exchange certificate and passport. After you enter one of the parks using your pass, you will have to log in to your Disney account using the My Disney Experience mobile app, and you will be given the option to personalize your annual pass MagicBand. You can have this MagicBand shipped to your Disney Resort hotel, but please note that it may take up to ten 11 days for it to arrive. If you will be back in Span by then, I suggest shipping it to a friend in the United States so they can hold it for you, but please remember that you will still have the ones given to you at check-in.

I hope this helps you while planning! Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
