    I´m plannig to visit Epcot on january the 20Th or 21st. What is the best time to meet chef Remy on the restaurant Les Chefs de France ?

    Hi Claudia,

    Remy doesn't come out to meet guests as regularly as those that make appearances at most character dinning establishments.  During my last trip I was determined to see him and I was glad I did.  He is a funny little mouse to converse with during a meal.

    I called (407)WDW-DINE and explained to the telephone representative that I wanted to see Remy at Les Chefs de France.  He was able to look up the best times to see Remy and he made the appropriate reservation for me.  He did explain that character appearances are subject to change, which is true with any character experience.  

    I hope you can get to interact with Remy.  He was adorable and my daughter was completely surprised when he arrived at our table.
