Hello! I’m planing on visiting December 6th and 7th with my sister. I’m wondering what counts as a disability with you guys? Especially with behavioral disorders and which of them you count as eligible as a officially-recognized disability at DLP?

Bonjour, Sarine, and welcome to planDisney!

I always love seeing that one of Mickey's Floridian neighbors is looking to make magical memories a bit farther from home. I just know you're going to love your time at Disneyland Paris!

I just returned from my own Disneyland Paris vacation and was amazed by the services provided to ensure that all Guests are able to have the most magical experience possible. As an expectant mother with medical documentation, I was blown away by the option to join accessible queues for appropriate experiences as needed to minimize the time spent on my feet.

The key to utilizing Disneyland Paris's more exclusive accommodations (such as specially-rated theme park tickets and Priority Cards) is providing the required documentation. Because each Guest's circumstances are individual, there is not an exhaustive list of specific disabilities or disorders that qualify for these accommodations. Rather, you'll find a list of acceptable documents for providing proof of disability. For a list of accepted documents from the United States, you'll navigate to the Priority Card page linked above and then select 'Next' to filter the approved documents by country. If your sister can provide any of the official documents listed, then she qualifies for accommodations.

While she will not be able to utilize discounted theme park tickets or a Priority Card if she does not have the required documentation, I still encourage you to review the Disneyland Paris Accessibility Guide and Accessibility webpage before your visit, as they both will provide helpful information and options for making your vacation as comfortable as possible for all members of your travel party.

Additionally, if you have more specific questions about the services and accommodations available, I encourage you to reach out to a Disneyland Paris representative using the website's Live Chat feature. Available 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and 9:30 AM to 5:45 PM Saturdays, local Paris time, this handy tool will connect you directly with Disneyland Paris - no international calling required! I frequently use this when planning my magical adventures across the Atlantic, and it has been so helpful.

I hope this clears things up for you, Sarine, and that your Disneyland Paris vacation is practically perfect! Since you're visiting during the most wonderful time of the year, be sure to check out this Disney Parks Blog feature filled with holiday highlights
