Im am planing on giving my kids Disney tickets for Christmas and we would use them in January. I have 3 kids are there any tips on things to do that they would love (other then rides of course) like certain places to eat, shops to go to ect...

    Hello Tonya!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! What a magical Christmas gift you are planning for your children! They'll be thrilled to find pixie dust under the tree, I'm sure.

It's tough to give you specific recommendations without knowing their ages, but I would be happy to give you a few places to start looking and begin planning your magical vacation. One of our family favorite activities is a Character Dining Experience. Mickey Mouse is always a hit and The Garden Grill is our "go-to!"

If you have little ones then you may want to look through the Planning For Pre-School Kids & Little Ones planning site. If your kids are older, you might find the Planning For Older Kids, Tweens & Teens planning page useful. Each of these sites is full of ideas, activities and experiences your children may adore.

Feel free to send me another question with your kids ages, favorite characters or any other information to help offer you some specific recommendations.

    Happy planning, Tonya!

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
