Hi ,  I'm planing my first trip with my family. There is about 120 days left before the trip. Are there any tips for traveling and visiting Walt Disney World with a toddler.

    Greetings Diana!

Congratulations on your first trip to Walt Disney World Resort! You must be so excited! The next few months are going to fly by and your trip will be here before you know it.

We have visited since my kiddos were babies and with two toddlers currently, I can assure you it will be magical. I love watching their expressions and seeing the wonder in their eyes. As the saying goes, it's never too early to begin sharing the magic. The Planning with Pre-School Kids and Little Ones site will hold a wealth of information on planning your itinerary and tips or information to make the most out of your stay. My advice is to always leave a little wiggle room and not over-plan the day. As I am sure you know, toddlers can dictate our plans sometimes and it's great to be flexible. We also love to make a quick stop at one of the Baby Care Centers if we need a cool and quiet place to relax for a few minutes.

You are going to have an incredible vacation. If there is anything else we can assist you with or if you need a few recommendations on dining or attractions, please let us know.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Colorado

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
