Hello! I'm planing on attend MVMCP on my arrival day. I'm traveling with my 10 years old autistic daughter, 5 years old son, and 60 years old mom. Should I go ahead and buy the tickets or it's better to just spend the day at the pool in our resort? Thanks!

    Welcome back, Patricia!

You have asked a great question! The answer to this one is personal preference. Some Guests like to hit the theme parks as soon as they arrive while others prefer to relax a little on their first day.

Last October my family attended Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on our arrival day. I made sure to book an early flight so we could spend most of our day relaxing and getting settled before going to the party later that night. It made a huge difference for our little guy because he was well rested and not over stimulated when the party started.

I hope this helps you plan for your first day. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Have a magical day!
