Hello Marcelo!
Welcome to planDisney! October is just around the corner and you and your group of 15 people are sure in for a lot of fun!
Unfortunately, Walt Disney World Resort does not offer any group rates or discounts at this time. I would keep an eye on the
Special Offers page for all of the current deals. In addition, as you may have had to book through a travel agent I would also reach out to them to see if they have special offers separate from what Walt Disney World offers.
Since you are a large group I do have some suggestions to make your trip easier:
-I would make sure that every adult creates a
My Disney Experience account and links to each other on their
Family & Friends list so that you can plan your vacation together. By doing this you can make
dining reservations,
Lightning Lanes, and Virtual Queue boarding groups together! Include everyone in all the experiences!
- Purchase
Memory Maker! With such a large group I suggest one adult purchase it and it can be shared among 25 members of your Family & Friends List. Everyone can take the pictures they like with Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout the Park and then when you return home the purchaser can download all the photos and share them with everyone! Everyone is included in the picture and you save money.
- Dining reservations may be very hard to get for such a large group. You probably will not find many restaurants that will be able to provide a reservation for 15 people. A method that I suggest which has worked successfully for me for big groups is to break them down into smaller parties. For example, I would book three groups of five or two groups of seven and eight. I would make sure that the reservation times are either at the same time or no more than 15 minutes apart. I will then arrive at the restaurant about 20 minutes before my earliest dining reservation and let them know I have a large group with very close or similar reservation times that would like to sit together or very near each other. By giving them a heads-up and being willing to be patient I have found that on almost every occasion except for one this worked. That one time that did not work was during the week after Christmas and before New Year's Day which is considered to be the busiest week in Walt Disney World.
I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please free to reach out to us in
English or
Portuguese!
Happy Planning!
