Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Andre. We're so glad you stopped by with this great question!
My family and I just recently visited
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge for the first time, and it was an out-of-this-world experience. We loved exploring Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu!
Our sons are BIG fans of
Star Wars. They couldn't wait to experience an epic adventure on
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, so that was our very first stop when we arrived at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. Our daughter is only 2-years old, though, so she does not meet the height requirement for this exciting new attraction. I'm happy to report that Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run
does offer
Rider Switch for Guests traveling with a non-rider! To request this convenient service, my family simply approached the Cast Members standing at the entrance of the attraction. Since I was going to be the one waiting with our toddler, I was assigned a Rider Switch entitlement on my
MagicBand. I was permitted to have Rider Switch assigned to two other Guests, so my sons had entitlements added to their MagicBands too. This meant that when it was my turn to ride,
they got to ride a second time! We had a blast!
As a mom of three, I was pleasantly surprised by how many kid-friendly dining options there are at Black Spire Outpost. My kids loved trying blue and green milk at the
Milk Stand, and they had delicious, galactic fare at
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo!
I hope this was helpful, Andre. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have!
