I'm not staying on Disney property.......can I still purchase a dining plan?

Hi Sarah! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I see that your upcoming vacation is just over a month away! I hope that you are getting really excited to experience all of the magic that the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer! You are coming at a great time. Awaken Summer is the theme for this summer and there are so many amazing new attractions and events happening throughout all of the Theme Parks that it will be hard to choose which to see first! You are coming at a great time as today the Disney Parks Blog announced that the new Frozen Ever After Attraction and Royal Sommerhus is set to open just in time for your trip! Animal Kingdom Park will also be staying open late for all of the new nighttime experiences.

Unfortunately since you are not staying at the Walt Disney World Resort you will not be able to purchase any of the Disney Dining Plans. However you are still eligible to make FastPass+ reservations starting 30 days before your arrival date. Making these FastPass+ return times will help you cut down on the wait times for some of your favorite attractions and entertainment options.

I hope that you have an Unforgettable time. Be sure to say hi to Chewbacca for me!
