Hi Moms, I'm not the Mom but the hubby and the wife wants to view the fireworks from one of the boats while we are at Ft. Wilderness campground for her birthday week at the end of Sept. whats the best location?

Hi Dave! It looks like hubby and wife will be staying at one of my favorite resorts, Fort Wilderness. It is the most unique resort on property and one of the largest in size.

You can actually watch the fireworks from the beach area but there are trees that obstruct your view of the lower ones. They pipe in the music so it is still a great location. If you are interested in a Wishes Fireworks Cruise you can reserve one out of any of the resorts located on Bay Lake or Seven Seas Lagoon. If you are staying at Fort Wilderness then just let them know you would like to depart and return from that location. They will tell you the time to check in and then you will enjoy a cruise around both waterways. Most of the captains will include some great trivia and history of the area before finally ending up directly in front of the Magic Kingdom to see the fireworks. You will have the best seats in the house and you will often also see the Electric Light Parade that takes place every evening on both waters.

Hope she has the happiest of birthdays while enjoying her Walt Disney World vacation!
