I'm not comfortable going back to Disney once it reopens, can I cancel my season pass? I'm on the monthly payment plan.

    Hello Juan!

Welcome and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm sorry to hear that you may be looking to cancel your Disneyland Resort Annual Passport. I do completely understand that you may not be comfortable going to the theme parks at this time. Unfortunately, the Annual Passport Terms and Conditions state that Disney Annual Passports are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once you purchase an Annual Passport and sign the contract agreeing to these terms, you are unable to cancel it or stop making payments. You’ll incur additional charges if you do. However, I suggest calling Annual Passport Member Services at (714) 781-PASS (714-781-7277) to explain your situation. They may be able to provide additional guidance regarding your Annual Passport obligation.

I hope you found this information to be helpful. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel
