Hiya, Julie! Heading to the bright lights of Hollywood sounds like a perfect way to spend a day! I can't wait to go in just a few weeks – in time to see the
Taylor Swift collection at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The clothes may never go out of style, but this exhibit is for a limited time!
I am not sure what is causing the issue with loading your theme park tickets. I wish I did! I can walk through some options to see if any spark an idea or help resolve the challenge.
If you purchased the tickets while signed in to your
MyDisney account, they should be linked to you or to someone in your party who bought them. If they are already linked, you would not be able to add them to a different account, but you should be able to reassign them. Go to "
My Plans" and scroll to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." If the tickets are listed on the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab, you can reassign them to someone in your
Family & Friends list.
If they are not linked to an account, you can try adding them from the confirmation number or ticket ID that should have been included in the email receipt. The site where you
link tickets has several visual examples of different ticket types and where the important numbers can be found. If your confirmation email does not contain ID numbers or barcodes, or if you cannot find the email, you can call the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations line and ask a Cast Member for assistance.
Julie, I hope you can get the tickets and
Lightning Lane passes arranged and see these in "My Plans" on the
My Disney Experience app soon. From Andy's room to a galaxy far, far away to the end of an Era, there is so much magic awaiting you!
See 'Ya Real Soon!
