Hello Mario!
Thank you so much for sending this
Disneyland Resort vacation planning question our way hEAR at planDisney!
Oh Boy! It sounds like you are making a most Magical visit to The Happiest Place on Earth indeed with your very own junior Mickeys and mini Minnies. This is a tricky question to answer as I sadly don't have the proper Magic Mirror to access your
My Disneyland Account to see how many are in your party. I also don't have access to the back end of the Dining Reservation system to see how many seats are available where. However, I do have three tips I can share:
1)
Disney Dining Reservations open for booking 60 days in advance of every Disney day, and the truly popular locations usually do book up solid on that first day. However, don't stop trying - Guests change their plans all the time. You might even find the perfect reservation time the day before you dine!
2) One of the pandemic procedures put into place was that
Advance Dining Reservations could not be made for groups larger than six; I would think that this would have been dropped by now, but I also haven't hEARd that it has. So if you've been looking for a table for more than six, try to look for a table of just six and see what happens. Do note that you'll have to make a second or possibly even a third reservation to be able to seat the others in your group, and that the subsequent reservation(s) will need to be made under another
My Disneyland Account as each Guest can only have one dining reservation every 90 minutes. However, one neat trick is that you might be able to sEARch for tables in different numbers. Let's say you have 8 in your crew; while you might not be able to find one table for 6 and one table for 2, you might be able to find two tables for 4, or one for 5 and another for 3, etc. Then, on the day of, when you get to the check-in stand, ask that your tables be seated as close together as possible.
3) Don't give up! T
he Disney Princess Breakfast Adventure takes place in
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, which can be quickly accessed from the side entrances to both
Disney California Adventure Park as well as the
Downtown Disney District. If I were in your shoes, I'd stop by this dining location as soon as I arrived in town, or during my first Disney day, and talk to the Cast Members at the Host stand to see if they had any availability for the rest of your visit. You might even be able to join the day-of
Mobile Dine Walk-Up Waitlist!
I'm so sorry I don't have a better, more exact answer for you Mario, but hopefully one of the tips helped. Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
