I’m not able to make my reservations and I want to change the date

Hello Angelica! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you stopping by to get some help with your Disneyland Resort visit and I'd be happy to help you out.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to make your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort. You absolutely can go in and cancel your theme park ticket reservation and then rebook your theme park ticket reservations for a new date.

Let me walk you through the steps to do this. You will need to go to the Disneyland website and log in to your Disney account. From there, hover over "My Disneyland" on the main menu and click on "Tickets and Reservation Details". Now, scroll and click on "Make Park Reservations". This will take you to a new page where you will be able to see your upcoming reservations. To the right of those reservation details, you will see an option to "Cancel Reservation". You will click on that and it will ask you to select the tickets that you want to cancel with that reservation date. Then you will confirm and finish the process. You then can go back and make new theme park ticket reservations.

To check availability dates you can look at the Theme Park Availability Calendar. Please note that depending on the tier of tickets that you have you may be blocked out of dates on the calendar that appear available. In this case, you would need to upgrade your ticket to the appropriate tier.

Angelica, I hope you are able to find a new date soon for your Disneyland Resort trip. If you have any other questions as you plan, be sure to drop back by again. We are here to help!
